History
Brief introduction of KSB spol.s r.o.
KSB spol. s r.o. was founded by four partners in November 1992. The manufacturing programme included basic metal manufacture, assembling stone-cutting devices and sale of abrasive material. As commissions accrued, the number of staff increased. Since 1993 the manufacturing programme had gradually been transforming. Individual commissions oriented towards production of metal interior components, railing, stainless and brass staircases. At the same time, production of stainless components for industry, agriculture and sanitary technologies was launched..
Commission growth initiated lease of additional production area along with further staff recruitment. As the premises leased no longer satisfied the needs of the expanding company, in 1998 an erection of a new company facility was started. The company was transferred into the premises in January 2000.
In 2003 Quality Management Structure ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 was introduced and implemented. Railings, staircases, handrails and cooling tunnels obtained corresponding product certificates following the Government Order No. 163/2002 Coll.

In 2005 the production facility was extended with additional construction in order to manage production planning and improve material and complete product warehousing. There are about thirty members of staff at present.
