Stainless spurting

Spurting or sanding is the method when abrasive material is thrown with extraordinarily strong air flow against surfaces where we want to ensure perfect degreasing, removal of iron scales, old colour, impurity deposits or only the same structure of surface of certain roughness and prepare it for further surface treatment. Used abrasive materials vary, according to the type of subject and customers’ requirements for its unified structure and certain roughness. The spurting medium has various granularity adjusted exactly according to subsequent treatment technology. Cleanness of spurted surface is measured according to SA – cleanness degrees 1 to 3, it is also given according to the subsequent technology of surface treatment.
